Responsibilities
Cultivate and Maintain Relationships with existing Campus Participants
Drive renewal of Vten program with existing Campus Participants.
Schedule and conduct program orientation trainings with instructors at new Campus Participant locations.
Plan and schedule student intakes with Campus Participants to ensure student participation through Viega’s LMS eLearning platform
Review target list with Vten Program Manager, arrange formal presentations to potential Campus Participants.
Participate in Tradeshows to articulate the benefits of the program to current and future targets.
Coordinate Viega participation in relevant industry events and associations to promote the program.
Develop program materials, to include workbooks, presentations, etc.
Collect and incorporate participant feedback to enhance existing content and help with the creation of new content.
Maintain expenses
Coordinate the recording of all participant information in CRM.
Initiate contact plan provided by Vten Program Manager.
Provide required paperwork and reports timely to Manager.
Attends meetings as required and/or assigned.
Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
Will be required to travel up to 80% of the time.

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3 years outside sales experience required
Knowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP and CRM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good listening skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to function autonomously and as a team player
Ability to give presentations in front of various groups
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
