Required

Master's degree in a Life Sciences field or similar
Minimum of 7 years post-qualification within a scientific lab environment in the industry
Proven track record of success in previous Business Development roles within discovery Biologics industry
Deep understanding of the Discovery Biologics market and environment
Process Development/Commercial manufacturing experience in biologics
Magnetic commercial acumen
Impeccable presentation skills
Strong business analytical abilities
Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills
Ability to navigate complexity with grace
Demonstrated organization, solution-oriented thinking, and resilience
Strategic mindset
