Responsibilities
Design and administer HR systems tailored to organizational needs, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
Configure HR applications, including PeopleAdmin and PeopleReady, to meet evolving requirements, and serve as a liaison for contracted third-party products.
Lead the planning and development of our HRIS, supporting SAP systems with strong troubleshooting skills, although SAP experience is not mandatory, HRIS experience is crucial.
Act as an assertive advocate for HR department users, collaborating directly with third-party vendors like PeopleAdmin, PeopleReady, Equifax, Fieldglass, HireRight, and Acuity Scheduling, ensuring systems integration and user issues are promptly resolved.
Pilot new system upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions by leveraging your experience in testing, configuration, and understanding of HR system interfaces.
Read and interpret contracts, providing support as a liaison to third-party vendors, ensuring our HR systems align with contractual obligations.
Install and support talent acquisition software, contributing to UK HealthCare’s mission and growth.
Serve as an HR employee educator by training HR staff on using third-party vendor programs, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient in their roles.
Collaborate with vendor programmers on system improvements, providing insights without needing to be a programmer yourself.

Required
BS in Information Technology or a related field required
6 years of HRIS experience required
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Office 365, and strong understanding of HR system user interfaces
Great knowledge of PeopleReady technical support, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues effectively
Preferred
MS preferred
Experience in SAP and other HR systems integration preferred
A solid IT foundation with business analyst experience is beneficial
