Responsibilities

Run Email Campaigns: Execute email marketing campaigns using Customer.io, including email blasts, drip campaigns, and automated workflows to drive patient engagement, retention, and conversions.

Optimize Campaigns: Continuously monitor and analyze email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and suggest improvements to optimize results.

Segment Audiences: Work with the team to segment email lists based on patient behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages to deliver highly relevant and personalized content.

Collaborate with Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align email messaging with overall brand objectives and campaigns.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to experiment with different email formats, messaging, and designs to improve engagement.

Reporting & Analytics: Regularly report on email campaign performance and KPIs, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

1-2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing, preferably with hands-on experience using email marketing platforms like Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar.

A strong understanding of email campaign best practices, automation, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

Proficient in analyzing email metrics to optimize campaigns and drive better results.

A creative thinker with excellent writing skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
