Responsibilities

Observing the functions and processes of the assigned work unit.

Completing all internship-related assignments and reports for both Mayo and the participating educational facility.

Supporting Mayo Clinic employees with various technical issues.

Troubleshooting hardware and software problems and providing technical support via phone or web-submitted incidents.

Participating in special projects aimed at enhancing IT service delivery and efficiency.
