Responsibilities
Support the team develop automations for processes, templates, workflows and analytics to ensure end to end reliability, continuity and consistency of our services to protect.
Develop automations based on analytics to eliminate manual repetitive tasks and allow time for more meaningful work.
Develop automations based on analytics to implement Role-Based Access Controls.
Develop code in Python.
Use DevOps practices.
Familiarity/Experience with XSOAR is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft’s Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus.
Familiarity with ServiceNow automations is a nice to have.
Preferred if they have experience with the Scrum framework and Confluence/JIRA.
Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization.
Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues.
Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems.
Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools.
Documenting the automation procedures.

Required
5 to 12 years’ experience in Python coding
Analytics automation expertise
Knowledge of Microsoft’s Power Apps
Knowledge of Power Automate
Knowledge of ServiceNow
Experience in developing automations for processes, templates, workflows, and analytics
Ability to develop automations based on analytics to eliminate manual repetitive tasks
Ability to develop automations based on analytics to implement Role-Based Access Controls
Experience using DevOps practices
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Preferred
Familiarity/Experience with XSOAR
Experience with the Scrum framework
Experience with Confluence/JIRA
Familiarity with ServiceNow automations
