Responsibilities
Administer ADP WFN and ADP Workforce Manager platforms and handle system configuration, upgrades, and ensure multistate compliance, particularly with California laws.
Manage bulk data uploads for new hires and acquisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee multiple company codes, state specific settings, and compliance across jurisdictions.
Lead HRIS integration for new affiliates, by ensuring smooth data transitions and system alignment, with a positive system employee experience.
Oversee system updates, upgrades, and the rollout of new features, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption to business processes.
Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to HR, Payroll, and other departments using the ADP platform.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and improve the ADP WFN/WFM system and related processes.
Work closely with HR and IT teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring efficiency and scalability of the HRIS platform.
Manage the upload of large amounts of employee data, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain security settings, perform audits, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
Act as the main contact for ADP WFN issues, collaborating with internal HRIS teams and ADP support.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years as an ADP WFN Systems Administrator with multistate HR operations, mergers and acquisitions, and California labor laws. Preferably with employee headcounts over 5000+ employees.
User training and troubleshooting expertise.
Strong Project Management experience in hi paced, deadline drive work environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and present insights to senior management.
Preferred
Experience with both ADP Workforce Manager and ADP Workforce Now Preferred.
Certification in Power BI or other analytics-related platforms.
