Responsibilities
Leverage data analysis tools and methods to analyze complex business issues and provide insights to decision-makers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze and interpret data from various sources, identifying patterns and trends that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, campaign optimization and other business outcomes.
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Manage JIRA, Confluence, Asana, and other project management tools to keep track of project progress and collaborate with the team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business data analytics.
Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques.
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Asana, and other project management and data visualization tools.
Proficiency in R programming for data analysis and modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning large data sets into actionable insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
