Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Finance to understand project objectives and inputs.
Provide business analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Develop financial models to assess project feasibility and ROI.
Create detailed financial projections and scenarios for internal initiatives.
Analyze market trends and customer data to inform business strategies.
Offer recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
Develop comprehensive budgets by analyzing historical company data.
Create forecasts by understanding market trends and internal insights to anticipate future financial performance.
Align with the Finance Team on financial methodologies and reporting standards.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Share insights to support overall financial planning and analysis.
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data presentation.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.
Serve as a liaison between all company stakeholders.
Lead meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Identify opportunities to enhance business processes across departments.
Implement best practices in business analysis and reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and financial modeling.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial analysis and forecasting.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Polished oral and written communication skills, with the ability to timely and clearly get messages across that have the desired effect.
Ability to effectively and professionally collaborate with a diverse blend of personalities to reach shared goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of industry best practices in business analysis and reporting.
Preferred
Work experience in Investment Banking or Equity Research is desirable.
