Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

Prior experience building and managing high performance teams.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Preferred

Drive for delivering high quality and scale services.

Experience in managing services with high SLA requirements and live site criticality.

Experience communicating and collaborating, including cross-group.

Technical leadership experience in designing and running fault tolerant infrastructure services that run globally in a large scale.

Experience in hiring and building a team.

Experience in any of the following areas: large scale web applications, high-performance routing systems, distributed control plane, and asynchronous programming models.
