Global Business Development Manager, Enterprise Sales

Responsibilities
Research and Identify Account Segments
Develop and maintain database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people in partnership with VP Global Enterprise Sales, strategic account executives and client success managers
Perform marketing research related to key accounts
Identify Accounts in New Markets
Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline, bookings and retention
Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve data quality, campaign tracking, reporting, and segmentation
Partner with client-facing teams to create and coordinate creative content (e.g., webinars, events, media sponsorships, direct mail, PowerPoint) specific to identified prospects
Project manage activities and maintain outreach calendar. Ensure activities are on budget and launched on time
Partner with Product Marketing to understand recent product developments and refine messaging and content for target accounts
Work closely with marketing to support and help execute strategic marketing activities, in many cases can take the lead in the creation itself.
Support in development and review of all RFPs, working with the wider team to create appropriate and targeted responses.
Actively participate and collaborates in meetings with subject matter experts when creating sales marketing collateral.
Own the process or reviewing and editing responses to ensure they follow brand guidelines and address customer needs.
Evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; and authoring sales responses and presentations for a tailored response.
Report and analyze key performance metrics of campaign performance for targeted accounts
Test, monitor and optimize campaigns to increase conversion rates
Analyze and recommend innovative and creative tactics to meet strategic account goals

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Development, Marketing, Executive Sales position or related role. Experience working for a B2B and/or technology organization a plus
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and experience reporting on performance of campaigns
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience and working knowledge of marketing automation systems
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Experience with persona targeting account segmentation
Stellar organizational and project management skills
Ability to be flexible and successful within a fast-paced and goal driven environment
Inherent professional drive and challenger mentality. Displays a consistent can-do attitude and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure an outstanding final product
