Responsibilities

Lead Data Analysis Projects: Oversee and execute complex data analysis initiatives to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Develop Advanced Dashboards and Reports: Create and maintain sophisticated dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Strategic Insights: Provide in-depth ad-hoc analyses to support business strategies, including revenue optimization, market expansion, and customer segmentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement data-driven solutions.

Enhance Data Infrastructure: Partner with the Data Products team to improve data infrastructure, ensure data integrity, and streamline data collection and reporting processes.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
