Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, advise senior leadership on human capital matters, and foster a strong company culture.

Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellness, and diversity, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to align with business objectives and market trends.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HR systems, and streamline employee relations and conflict resolution.
Implement performance management systems and develop succession plans for critical roles to support leadership continuity.
Guide organizational change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication during periods of growth or restructuring.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (VP or Senior Director level).
Proven track record of leading HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
Experience in performance review, talent management, compensation, employee engagement, and DEI.
Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with HRIS platforms and data-driven HR strategies.
