Responsibilities
Increasing distribution of our partner products by securing new, strategic on and off-premise accounts.
Managing relationships with existing retail accounts to drive volume, monitor pricing, and ensure proper product merchandising in collaboration with our merchant partners.
Conducting weekly visits to retail locations for prospecting, selling, and managing all field sales marketing material.
Developing and improving account velocity through building displays, sampling, and educating retail employees.
Keeping a vigilant eye on market and competitor trends, and providing strategic feedback to enhance our ability to meet customer needs.

Required
Relevant experience in field sales, convenience/grocery store sales, beverage sales, food, or nicotine sales industry.
Strong network of relationships with independent retail stores.
Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Exceptional sales and marketing awareness, demonstrating strong selling and negotiation skills.
A quick-on-your-feet problem-solver.
