Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Establish and cultivate client relationships
Negotiate pricing on properties with potential buyers/sellers.
Perform daily assessments of properties
