Responsibilities
Oversee website updates, maintenance, and enhancements to ensure an optimal user experience. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage web content and technical functionalities.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to optimize SEO efforts.
Ensure the website complies with privacy policies, including cookie acceptance protocols. Stay updated on privacy regulations and integrate necessary changes into the digital platforms.
Manage and oversee the integration of e-commerce functionalities to support online transactions. Work closely with the MIS and consumer sales teams to ensure smooth operations and user experience.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns targeted at the retail sector. Collaborate with the consumer marketing team to align campaigns with broader business goals.
Analyze and report on e-commerce sales and customer experience to identify areas for improvement and optimize user conversion rates.
Develop and manage customer experience (CX) email marketing strategies to engage and retain customers. Oversee email campaigns from conceptualization to execution and analysis.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). Work with cross-functional teams to develop content and targeting strategies.
Compile and analyze data from digital campaigns and website performance to create detailed reports. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing management.
Proficiency in website management tools, SEO platforms, and analytics tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Familiarity with content management systems, CRM, and sales enablement platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work across teams and directly with other stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
