Responsibilities
Creative Strategy and Vision: Develop and oversee the creative strategy for client accounts, ensuring campaigns align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and audience needs. Lead the agency’s overall creative vision, driving innovation and excellence across all projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft impactful, data-driven strategies that deliver results. Stay ahead of industry trends, fostering a culture of creativity and adaptability. Establish scalable processes and best practices to optimize creative workflows and position the agency as a leader in innovative campaign strategy.
Leadership and Collaboration: Manage and mentor a dynamic creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Partner with clients, media buyers, and creative partners to ensure deliverables meet strategic objectives and performance standards. Act as the primary creative liaison, presenting strategies and actionable insights to stakeholders while aligning the department’s goals with agency-wide business objectives, including client retention and growth.
Data-Driven Creative Development: Apply a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct research on audiences, competitors, and trends to craft impactful, measurable strategies. Oversee the creation of high-quality, platform-specific content, ensuring assets are optimized for maximum performance. Define success metrics and reporting frameworks to track and communicate the impact of creative efforts.

Required
6+ years of experience in creative strategy, with a focus on developing high-performing ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms. At least 3+ years of this experience should be in a senior leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced agency or client-side environment.
Proven ability to lead creative operations, including workflow optimization, team resource planning, and process implementation, and excel in setting strategic goals, crafting actionable plans, and leading teams to execute impactful campaigns.
Highly proficient in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, using their features and in-platform analytics to inform creative strategy.
Strong understanding of social media content strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with a genuine passion for the ever-evolving social media landscape.
Strategic thinker with a creative edge, capable of developing innovative strategies that meet client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Excel in communication, conveying strategies and insights clearly and persuasively to clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
