Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle S2P projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Provide deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle S2P modules, including Requisition Management, Purchase Orders, Sourcing/RFx, Contracts, and Invoicing.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize procurement, supply chain, and contract lifecycle management processes using Oracle S2P.
Present complex technical concepts and solutions to executive stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Manage project teams, allocate resources effectively, and maintain clear communication channels among stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle S2P environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stay informed about industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends to ensure best practices are implemented.

Required
At least 15 years of experience in Oracle S2P
Strong blend of technical proficiency and functional expertise
Ability to effectively engage with executive leadership and stakeholders
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle S2P projects

Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with a focus on quality and performance
Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex issues in Oracle S2P environments
Familiarity with procurement and supply chain management best practices and regulatory requirements across industries
