Responsibilities
Lead and grow a pioneering company focused on automating claims processing for veterans’ services.
Build automation tools that can streamline the claims process.
Integrate data from electronic health records and automate claim reviews.
Reduce the manual burden on Veteran Service Representatives (VSRs) and improve decision accuracy.
Automate evidence gathering and claim prioritization to allow the VA to process claims faster and with fewer errors.

Required
A technical or product background with experience in claims processing, government services, public sector automation or a similar field
A demonstrated commitment to improving public services through technology
Entrepreneurial experience in early-stage or venture-backed companies
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, particularly in highly regulated environments
A readiness to lead, validate and grow a company dedicated to meaningful, impactful change in veterans' services
A desire to be a venture-backed founder
Ability to collaborate in North American time zones
