Responsibilities

Selling managed services for the full suite of Oracle Applications, Technology and supporting products
Responsible for achieving individual revenue and margin targets with a sole focus on net new logos.
Researching and creating target account lists within designated sector/s
Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting, solutioning through to closing.
Accountable for ensuring all Inoapps sales and customer journey processes are applied to every pursuit
Building pipeline via the following lead generation activities
Outbound activity to target accounts
Oracle Channel
3rd party partners
Industry events
Networking
Preparation and delivery of compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
Collaboration with internal teams to develop customised solutions that address the needs of your client.
Impact the sales cycle positively by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques that drive sales excellence and client loyalty.

Required

An exemplary track record of new business sales within the IT sector selling complex professional services and in particular, Managed Services
A strong understanding of Oracle applications (EBS and SAAS), hardware, cloud services, managed services
Excellent understanding of CRM and Microsoft 365
Sales Process Proficiency
An outstanding communicator
A passion for learning and keeping up with industry trends and technology advancements
Great organisational and time management skills, particularly in the areas of pipeline and opportunity management.
The ability to think strategically and adapt in a fast-paced environment
The understanding and desire to be fully accountable for carrying out the activity needed to be a high performing member of the sales team
A personality that thrives in a high challenge, high support environment
A positive and resilient mindset that can recover quickly from setbacks
A team player who supports and collaborates with team members, prospects and clients
Data driven reporting and forecasting that informs the business and maps out activity

Preferred

It would be advantageous, but not essential that you demonstrate experience of service delivery design and good service management practices.
