Responsibilities
Lead top-of-funnel recruiting activities for both clinical and non-clinical roles
Maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
Leverage data-driven approaches to optimize sourcing channels and strategies
Configure and maintain job postings in Ashby ATS
Coordinate interviews and maintain scheduling efficiency
Document intake meetings and candidate debriefs
Collaborate on employee onboarding program enhancement
Manage coordination of new hire welcome experience
Support various people programs and initiatives

Required
Minimum 5 years of recruitment and people operations experience
Proven track record of successful sourcing across clinical and non-clinical roles
Strong technical aptitude and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong technical aptitude and experience with Ashby ATS
Strong technical aptitude and experience with Rippling HRIS
Strong technical aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
You must be authorized to work in the United States (required)
