Responsibilities
Grooming the backlog and deciding with the product management team on the top priorities that should be executed.
Communicate to the leadership team the customer benefit of these investments, balanced against existing priorities and budgets.
Drive scrum meetings with the service team and engineering teams to build the product, through our product release cycle.
Communicate to the engineering leadership teams the status of these projects, mitigate risks where needed and escalate where needed in conjunction with engineering.
Release the product to the end users and ensure the customer adoption and usage meets the original investment and outcome objectives.
Driving alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies.
Assisting in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives for exponential customer and partner adoption.
Be the voice of customers and partners with Oracle’s various cloud engineering teams.

Required
5+ years of experience in a related field.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at all levels across an organization.
Experience with cloud services and Data Center networking.
Understanding of cloud competitive landscape, customer priorities and challenges.
Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling such as Jira.
Ability to think broadly and strategically.
Maturity, judgment, negotiation, influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.
Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.
Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.
Ability to create detailed engagement plans to keep up with the high velocity of features being delivered on the platform.
Demonstrated ability to drive programs and projects to completion.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
