Responsibilities

Responsible for developing solutions and automations to technical needs, workflows, issues and problems based on customer requirements

Leverage SAFE Agile practices to support business operations

Responsible for entire projects or processes spanning multiple technical areas.

Responsible for developing integrated solutions and workflows to streamline the onboarding process

Regularly employs ingenuity and creativity to develop new technical solutions and systems in order to achieve functional objectives.

Communicate well with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members.

May communicate with parties external to the organization (e.g., sub-contractors, vendors, etc.)

Work to influence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline and 12+ years of relevant technical experience. At least 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams/projects.

Worked as a Solution Architect with enterprise-grade Cloud based solutions in one of the major Cloud provider technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).

Hold at least 1 professional level certification in AWS or Azure.

Demonstrable knowledge of systems engineering and architecture framework concepts and ability to apply these concepts throughout significant engagements.

Strong foundational knowledge of technology concepts including cloud operating models, networking, security, compute and operating systems.

Ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of staff and management.

Ability to exercise independent judgment, develop relationships, and obtain consensus among interested parties.

Ability to develop peer networks across an enterprise to maintain technology awareness and to support the resolution of problems.

Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
