Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Business Analysts providing Salesforce Quote-to-Cash Advisory and implementation services.
Drive growth within the practice by providing business leadership on multiple engagements and help refine the vision for the practice as it relates to methodology and skill development.
Review and analyze business processes, services and information needs with a view to implementing change management initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity.
Oversee the Salesforce Functional project team, will be adaptable and embrace change, as well as having a competent functional understanding so that you are able to support the team and platform.
Lead Discovery and requirements refinement workshops and sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements.
Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation.
Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements.
Produce functional and system design documentation.
Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met.
Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts.
Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics.
Identify and develop super user knowledge and capabilities across the business.
Extensive experience in process mapping and specification documentation.
Experience facilitating workshops and discussion sessions.
Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining system processes and procedures.
Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions.
Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow professionally and achieve their goals.
Provide regular and actionable feedback during 1:1s and quarterly check-ins to support continuous improvement.

Required
Minimum of one Salesforce certification. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) preferred
10+ years of experience with Salesforce setup and configuration
10+ years business analyst or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience working for a Salesforce Partner or equivalent
Experience with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations (from driving requirement workshops, handholding development teams, supporting testing and cutover to production)
Preferred
Preferred knowledge of the full SDLC
Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio user
Experience in working with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud preferred
