Responsibilities
Build customer intelligence by facilitating interviews, leading events and more to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and experiences and build community.
Grow product revenue and adoption through compelling creative messaging and global multi-channel campaigns for strategic go-to-market programs.
Be an expert on the competitive and industry landscape. Advise internal stakeholders on the best approach for their programs
Develop and execute the communication strategy for changes in product functionality, lifecycle, and pricing, both internally and externally
Help our global sales force know what's new in the product and why it matters
Partner with our Product Development team (R&D) to influence the roadmap, support technical training and product launches for internal and external audiences
Travel to trade shows and events, both domestic and international travel required (20%)

Required
5+ years of experience managing product/solution go-to-market for global SaaS product
Must have experience working with product, sales, and marketing teams (Demand Generation, Brand, Lifecycle/Automation)
Experience in a multifaceted and dynamic industry like AEC
Demonstrated ability to distill complex information and articulate product vision/value to tell compelling stories that create interest in new solutions
Strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a cross-functional team environment
Understanding of common marketing concepts and best practices with experience in applying that knowledge strategically and tactically
Proven verbal and written communications skills including copywriting; ability to understand and effectively convey technical information in a non-technical manner as well as to leadership
Preferred
Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic Institute Certifications
