Responsibilities

Sales Support: Assist with inbound customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions based on customer needs to drive sales
Customer Service: Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with potential customers and introducing them to our offerings
Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers
Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and following up on delivery status
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals, share feedback, and continuously improve customer experience
Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales data using our CRM system

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
