Responsibilities
Responsible for MEP coordination, electrical engineering, plumbing, building services, and mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) tasks.
Ensuring that buildings are equipped with efficient and functional systems by planning and designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for buildings.

Required
A university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field
Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics associated with the trade
Familiarity with construction procedures and practices
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
With experience working in multi-family development or related industries
