Responsibilities

Leadership, growth and development of the North Asia service sales and associated support functions, driving both short and medium/long term sales strategies for the GE Power Conversion portfolio, ensuring appropriate sales coverage and performance to plan.
Secure key service opportunities for the North Asia market.
Lead and own relationships and opportunities development of key OEM, and end user accounts in North Asia region.
Working with the regional and global leadership team for the development of growth strategies and necessary resource deployment.
Leadership of the services and fleet manager team that provide services, products and support to the North Asia installed base.
Accountability of key business metrics, including Orders, Down Payments and Sales Margin growth.
Be the voice of the customer and able to translate their needs cross-functionally within GE Power Conversion organization.
Develop and mentor a high performing commercial team across the North Asia sub region.
Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership, and compliance.

Required

Experience in offering solutions to General Industry, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Rail, Mining & Metals, Maritime, Microgrid and Defence Segments
Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant experience with at least 5-10 years in a similar capacity or industry focus
Sales experience
Proven track record in the ability to sell both complex systems and products
Strong negotiation skills
Team builder with a positive outlook
Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills
Self-confident and goal-oriented achiever
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated analytic approach to problem solving
Sound business acumen.

Preferred

Experience in offering solutions to General Industry, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Rail, Mining & Metals, Maritime, Microgrid and Defence Segments
Rotating Machine and Drives/Power Electronics technical experience.
