Responsibilities
AI enterprise technologists are the voice of AWS to the leaders in AI of enterprise customers and prospects, and, conversely, the voice of large enterprises back to AWS. This is a uniquely Amazonian offering; customer-obsessed and entirely oriented toward helping our customers be more successful. We earn trust and credibility with leaders of enterprise customers through our experience working at the enterprise level and our firsthand experience with the challenges of AI adoption.
We’ve developed a number of mechanisms through which we deliver our expertise. We meet with both technology and non-technology customer executives at critical stages of their AI journey to help them overcome impediments such as cultural change, organizational structure, governance models, and investment strategies.
We write articles, blog posts, and other content to help our customers be more successful and to advance AWS’s position as a thought leader in AI.
We track the pulse of the AI and Generative AI community and provide feedback to AWS on customer needs and effective enterprise positioning, and work with the AWS sales and marketing employees to improve their ability to communicate with enterprise executives.
We travel over 50% of the time to meet with customers.
