Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient code integration and deployment.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline the deployment process and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
Implement robust security practices across our infrastructure to safeguard our systems and data.
Participate in the planning and execution of load testing, ensuring our systems can handle high traffic volumes.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required
Extensive experience in DevOps, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and automation tools.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Previous experience in a DevOps role is essential.
