Responsibilities
Creating, owning, and maintaining a continual client feedback strategy in coordination with the product roadmap and the engineering and commercial teams
Growing existing business through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Provide expert guidance on medical coding workflows and best practices.
Collaborate with clients to resolve issues, improve processes, and achieve their goals.
Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions with clients.

Required
5+ years of experience in medical coding (multi-specialty preferred).
4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and coding workflows.
