Responsibilities
Working with various internal and external partners, you will use your technical mind to bring awareness to architects, engineers, contractors and specifiers on the merits of our product offering while using your sales skills to ensure that specifications are adopted and sales leads converted.
Coaching best practices to a diverse group of field sales professionals and increase product know how and positioning of insulation system offering.
Advocating for our products in a variety of industry associations and institutes.
Planning and overseeing new marketing and product development initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for our family of engineered products and opportunities for collaboration.
Working closely with operations on forecasting and sales on opportunity pipeline management and CRM tracking.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of successful experience specifying construction products
360° Partner with demonstrated history of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates
Direct experience with concrete construction
Excellent communicator with the ability to tailor communication style for the target audience
Willingness to travel up to 50%
