Responsibilities
Reviewing existing research and background documents
Expand existing user profiles and identify gaps and recommend research approach to fill them
Establish high level journeys for each audience
Present journeys and user profiles for client approval

Required
5+ years of experience and in depth knowledge of Interaction Design and Service Design applying user-centered design processes
Experience establishing high level journeys and user profiles
Experience with software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, JIRA, Microsoft office and Google suite
Agile environment experience - Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with clients
A portfolio showcasing your UX research experience, case studies, etc.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
