Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of channels to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies

Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct 4-5 daily interviews (virtual), ensuring an effective and professional assessment of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Required

Technical competence: Proficient in SAP including S4 Hana

SAP System Implementation: Lead or participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP systems to meet business needs, focusing on modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM.

2+ years of working experience related to the above skillsets.

Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and translate these into SAP system enhancements.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.

Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews (both in-person and virtual), ensuring an effective and professional assessment of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates, clear communication, and respectful engagement.
