Responsibilities

Analyze and improve data quality of multilingual text classifiers.

Work with linguistics and engineering teams to build out new parsers across languages.

Translate various taxonomies such as Skills, Titles, and Occupations.

Required

Proficiency in reading and writing Indonesian; additional language knowledge is a plus.

Strong understanding of syntax and structural analysis of languages.

Experience with Microsoft Excel, including vlookups, data cleanup, and advanced functions.

Familiarity with query languages such as SQL.

Expertise in rule writing using RegEx.

Knowledge of text analysis or machine learning principles.

Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel or Python.

High tolerance for repetitive and detailed tasks.

Ability to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.

Exceptional sense of urgency and time management.

Access to a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a related field.
