Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through our vendor partners
Identify and onboard new partners, as well as manage and grow existing partnerships
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize partner performance
Analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize partner programs
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our vendor partner program

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or a related field
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through alliances
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time
Preferred
MBA or other advanced degree
Experience in the Professional and Managed Services industry
