B.S. in Computer Science or a related field, with a 3.5+ GPA (M.S. is a plus)

0-5 years of industry experience as a software engineer on user-facing web applications (we're willing to give you a Senior title if you're experienced enough)

Fluency in frontend or backend with comfort up and down the full stack (experience with Go/GraphQL/React/TypeScript is a plus)

Demonstrated ability to ship complex software projects (personal, professional, and/or for an academic course)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

A strong desire to learn, grow, and drive impact on real global problems—and to help others around you do the same
