Responsibilities
Checking in with the Massage Center or Front Desk before and after each massage service
Ensuring accurate and timely billing, submitted bi-weekly to the Front Office Manager
Providing a schedule 15 days in advance for the following month
Maintaining a professional appearance and fostering a positive attitude towards all staff and guests
Ensuring massage rooms are adequately prepared for the next guest, with appropriate inventory levels
Immediately report any issues concerning massage rooms, guests, or fellow employees to the manager
Being dependable and adaptable to schedule changes, including cancellations and additions
Verifying completion and accuracy of massage forms, including name, service length, price, and room number
Committing to completing a minimum of three massage sessions per scheduled day
Performing other related duties incidental to the massage therapy work
Qualification
Required
Completion of 500 hours of massage training from an AMTA accredited/approved school
Possession of an Oregon State Massage License and Proof of Liability Insurance
Demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude
Ability to sit, stand, bend, stretch, kneel, squat, and walk
Proficient reading, writing, and effective written and oral communication skills
Capability to lift to 50 lbs
