Responsibilities

Designing and implementing enterprise-class .NET applications
Mentoring development teams
Aligning application systems with organizational goals and technology strategies
Architect and evolve systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Ensure project success while designing, developing, testing, and debugging web applications
Supporting third-party integrations
Conducting architectural reviews
Staying updated on industry trends
Optimizing application performance
Providing production support as needed
Promoting innovation and best practices
Offering technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to project-related staff
Monitoring software performance and implementing improvements to ensure successful project outcomes

Required

7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-class .NET applications.
3+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD processes for automated build, testing, and deployment using DevOps practices.
3+ years of experience leading a team of software developers through all phases of application development.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms, including instrumenting applications to trace transactions and provide timely alerts for issues.

Preferred

Experience designing and implementing high-transaction-volume distributed systems.
Architect-level certifications in technical disciplines such as Windows, Linux, Cloud, Networking, Security, or DevOps.
