Responsibilities
Provide outpatient services through telehealth program
Work 100% remotely from home
Partner with commercial health plans and licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider
See patients across the lifespan
Utilize technology including telehealth software and video communication
Conduct comprehensive assessments
Work in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Meet background/regulatory requirements

Required
Active Texas or Florida license
Master's level degree and licensure (LCSW/LMHC)
Eligibility to work in the United States
Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English
Meets background/regulatory requirements
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish
Proficiency in other languages
