Responsibilities
Execute Zeta’s strong vision of excellence for the overall school community
Build a joyful and rigorous school culture amongst fellow leaders, teachers, staff, students and families
Develop authentic, meaningful relationships with staff, students and families
Set the standard for excellence in content knowledge, planning, and implementation
Oversee tremendous academic outcomes by using a data driven approach for all students in all subject areas
Drive your school leadership team to effectively manage and coach others to get the desired outcomes in academic content, classroom management, social-emotional learning, and school operations
Analyze academic and culture data across the school and execute plans that leverage school leaders, teachers, and the parent community
Develop a standard for problem-solving, ownership, and a deep investment in student outcomes within the school leadership team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
at least 3 years teaching experience
at least 2 years successfully leading a school to extraordinary outcomes
