Required
5+ years of experience as a paralegal supporting M&A deals with a corporate law firm or in-house setting
Experience handling due diligence, ancillary document prep, and document management
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
Highly professional, detail-oriented, organized and willing to enthusiastically assist however needed
