Responsibilities

Experiment and Explore : From the first day you are expected to build a development environment, and gain an in-depth understanding of our Security application from the inside out. You will try out procedures and know how to make them work for users.

Empower and Enhance:

Develop and execute strategies to improve customer product documentation that empowers customers to effectively use our products, based on an understanding of best practices for onboarding, procedures, reference, and API documentation.

Communicate and cultivate relationships across the organization to collaborate and obtain the subject matter expert input that is necessary to take our docs to the next level. Our teams work well together and are committed to better documentation.

Continuously prioritize, assess and improve technical writing processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and docs quality for the whole team.
