Responsibilities

Oversee and align sales teams to achieve ambitious MID counts and processing growth across our ISV and SkyTab POS partner channels.
Foster strong collaboration with API/Integrations, Product, and Commercial Vertical Leads to drive seamless partnership initiatives.
Set high-reaching team quotas, establish KPIs, and monitor progress to drive peak performance.
Facilitate productive team meetings with well-planned, strategic agendas.
Champion proactive growth, consistently surpassing sales and revenue goals set by Commercial Leadership.
Work closely with Marketing to identify and execute on growth opportunities.
Provide strategic guidance and feedback to empower each team member’s success.
Serve as a trusted contact for partner issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing a premium experience through regular, high-quality communication.
Maintain CRM accuracy, delivering timely, insightful reporting to Leadership.
Stay informed on product and service offerings, alongside tracking of industry trends, to drive relevance and impact.
Engage with Vertical leaders to develop and implement bold growth strategies.
Direct multiple sales teams with a unified focus on achieving growth in MID count and processing volumes.

7+ years’ experience in Sales Management
BA/BS Preferred or equivalent work experience
ISV (Independent Software Vendor) sales/management related experience
