Responsibilities
Receive, record, disseminate, and track all referrals from assigned markets in the network
Collaborate with Service Advocates and facilities to ensure a smooth patient admissions experience
Monitor all cases in the referral database with a strong attention to detail
Respond immediately to referral inquiries with a high sense of urgency
Facilitate effective communication between families and the facility with compassion and care

Required
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Prior experience working in marketing or referral development for a mental health or healthcare agency
Proficient in the use of electronic correspondence and word processing
Strong commitment to detail in updating and maintaining notes
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
Preferred
Experience in a behavioral health or educational treatment setting
Familiarity with referral processes and patient admissions in healthcare
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Previous experience in customer service or client relations
Knowledge of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents
