Responsibilities
Efficiently handle inbound calls from guarantors regarding questions or complaints about their physician billing statements
Meet or exceed established performance targets for productivity and quality set by the Collections Manager
Review account history to understand the full impact of questions or complaints and ensure all past account history is updated
Follow company policy regarding call handling and document interactions in the Practice Management System for consistent service
Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information and identify root causes of customer issues

Required
High School Graduate/GED required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare (professional) billing, health insurance, or equivalent operations work environment
Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills
Capacity to work effectively as a team player
Preferred
Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
