Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications to support VAAA's modernization efforts, ensuring compliance with VA standards and regulations.
Create and implement AI-driven solutions, such as chatbots and task automation, to improve business processes.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Provide day-to-day technical support, including troubleshooting issues, responding to help desk inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core.
Experience with AI technologies and integration, such as generative AI tools and automation solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Experience with VA systems and federal IT requirements.
Knowledge of AI/ML tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Certification in .NET development or related technologies.
Experience with database management, including SQL Server and MS Azure Synapse Analytics.
