Responsibilities
Proactively source large pools of candidates for hospitality and healthcare roles using various channels, including job boards and social media
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
Conduct thorough pre-screening of candidates, focusing on technical skills and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews
Serve as a brand ambassador by providing a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Lead the offer process, ensuring transparency and a personalized approach that reflects the employer's commitment to its people

Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in high-volume hiring for hospitality, healthcare, or service industries
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, with a data-driven mindset
Passion for senior living, hospitality, and delivering unparalleled service
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Proven track record in high-volume hiring within the senior living sector or related industries
