Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: You identify and anticipate customer pain points, use cases, and technology gaps to guide the evolution of our threat intelligence offerings as well as keeps a pulse on emerging trends in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and related markets to ensure our portfolio remains ahead of the curve

Customer Advocacy: You engage directly with technical experts such as SOC analysts, threat hunters, and malware analysts to understand real-world challenges. You communicate effectively with decision-makers, including SOC and CTI managers, to demonstrate how our solutions address business and operational needs

Technical Evangelism: You represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, articulating the value of our solutions to diverse audiences and creates and deliver impactful presentations, technical content, and thought leadership materials to promote our offerings

Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to align technical capabilities with customer expectations and strategic goals. You act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies

Required

Proven experience in threat intelligence, cyber threat research, or SOC/CTI operations

Familiarity with threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and tools used for threat hunting and malware analysis

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills in both English and German, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to connect customer challenges to business opportunities and technical solutions

Curiosity and drive to continuously learn about emerging technologies, customer needs, and market trends
