Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Facilitate meetings and communications between project teams and management to provide updates on project status and address any issues.
Utilize JIRA for project tracking and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Oversee vendor management and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
Implement project management best practices and tools to improve delivery efficiency.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA.
Proven communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience in vendor management and relationship building.
Strong coordination and delivery management skills, with a focus on meeting project objectives.
Technical experience and understanding of business systems analysis.
Preferred
Experience with ECommerce, Salesforce, SAP S/4 is a plus.
Experience with SharePoint, ECommerce, SalesForce, and SAP S/4 is highly desirable.
